Installation from zip file
   1. Copy zip file to your hard disk.
   2. Use unzipping utility to unzip the files. (PKWARE or similar)
   3. From the Windows Program Manager/File/Run menu type drive:setup
      (drive represents the full path to the setup.exe file).

   Note: If you receive an error stating that Visual Basic is already
         running on your system, exit Windows and then start the
         setup.exe.
