  NEON PUBLISHING INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THE INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMS AND FILES
  ON THIS CD IN ANY WAY, INCLUDING BEING ABLE TO EXTRACT AND RUN ANY
  PARTICULAR FILE.

  We do offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.  If your Neon Publishing
  CD-ROM fails to perform to your satisfaction, just return it to the place
  of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.  If you
  are unable to return the CD to the place of purchase, please contact Neon
  Publishing.  You will be asked to return the CD along with a copy of the
  receipt to receive a refund.  Returns must be post marked within 30 days of
  the purchase date.

  Programs have been run and tested for quality (and viruses) prior to
  inclusion on this CD, but it is possible for a file to become corrupted
  (but not virus-infected) during the production process or for a serious
  bug to be missed during testing.

  Although we do not expect a problem with corrupted files, if one should
  become corrupted, the extent of Neon Publishing's liability will be to 
  include a corrected file on the next remastering of the CD containing the 
  corrupted file.

  Due to the low cost of the CD and the large number of programs on the CD,
  we cannot send out replacement CDs for a single bad file. If you discover
  a problem and would like a replacement for a corrupted file, you can get 
  one on floppy disk, by sending $5 to cover shipping and handling.

  The disc titles, Neon logo, RomCat program and associated files, program
  descriptions and the compilation of programs are protected by copyright and
  registered with the United States Copyright Office. Reproduction of one or
  more of Neon Publishing's shareware CDs as one or more sets of
  substantially the same files without permission of Neon Publishing is
  prohibited.

  Use of these trademarks and copyright materials in any means related to the
  distribution of public domain or shareware software is subject to the
  following restrictions:

  Program Copyrights:

  Most of the programs on this CD are copyright by the authors of the
  programs. Some of the programs may require written permission for
  redistribution.

  Because Neon Publishing does not own the software, we cannot grant to
  others the right to redistribute it. It is the responsibility of
  distributors who are not licensees of Neon Publishing to obtain permission
  for redistribution from the authors of the programs who require it.

  Therefore, the following license only applies to the use of Neon
  Publishing's rights: our trademarks, our copyrights of the text, our
  compilation copyright, our disk numbering system, and the names of disks
  given to compilations of programs.

  Vendors:

  Vendors of public domain or shareware software may copy files from Neon
  Publishing shareware CDs for redistribution on other media, subject to the
  program copyrights and Neon Publishing's compilation copyrights (eg:
  vendors may not create a CD-ROM by simply copying substantial portions of
  this CD - nor *ANY* of our program descriptions).

  Vendors may NOT use the Neon Publishing trademarks in any way, including
  but not limited to, reference to a Neon Publishing shareware CD as the
  source of the programs, which would also be an implicit violation of our
  compilation copyright, without licensing by Neon Publishing Inc.

  Vendors may not redistribute the program descriptions in any form, without
  a written license agreement from Neon Publishing Inc.

  Local Access of Neon Publishing Shareware CDs:

  User groups, stores, libraries, etc, may copy individual files from Neon
  Publishing shareware CDs for redistribution on other media, subject to
  the program copyrights.

  User groups and other non-profit organizations (eg: public libraries) may
  make Neon Publishing shareware CDs available for direct copying of
  files by users, subject to the program copyrights.

  Each Neon Publishing CD's compilation, trademarks, and other rights are
  licensed to a single machine. If you copy substantially all of the CD to a
  hard drive for distribution or use Neon Publishing's trademarks or
  copyright material on a hard drive, you may not then use the CD on a
  different machine or transfer the CD to another individual to use.

  For-profit enterprises may NOT make Neon Publishing shareware CDs or
  substantial copies (eg:  to a hard disk) of the CD available for local
  copying without specific licensing for this purpose by Neon Publishing
  Inc.  Failure to obtain such a license is a violation of trademark and
  copyright laws.
