VCSMenu is a simple menuing interface for Windows 3.1 that is written specifically for the
VCS Atari 2600 emulator.

When the program first starts, it will ask you to locate VCS.EXE on your hard drive.  It
will then ask you to locate a cartridge in the directory where you keep your ROMs.  Just
pick one file.  It doesn't matter which one, as this process is only used to determine which
directory you keep them in.

When the VCSMenu window pops up, click on a cartridge on the left, enter a title for the
cartridge in the box below the list, and select any options you would like for that 
specific cartridge.  When you've made your choices, click the Save button and that
configuration will be kept for that specific cartridge.  The Auto Configure check box will
grey out all other selections, as VCS will attempt to configure the game for you.
