This is a license agreement between you and Data Express, Inc. for use 
of The 640 Meg Shareware Studio CD ROM disk. This license is not 
transferable.  Data Express, Inc. reserves the right to terminate 
this license if there is a violation of its terms.  Use of this disk 
constitutes acceptance of the terms of this agreement.


Permitted Use
-------------
You may use this disk on a single computer or on a computer that is 
accessed thru a local area network. You may use this disk on a bulletin 
board system. You may use any application on this disk, as per the 
requirements specified in the application's documentation. You may make 
backup copies of CDM.EXE for archival purposes.  


Prohibited Use
--------------
You shall not rent the disk. You shall not lease the disk. You shall not 
sublicense the disk.  


Disclaimer
----------
Data Express, Inc. does not advise or recommend use of any application 
on this disk.  Data Express, Inc. is not liable for damages suffered 
due to the use, misuse, or inability to use this disk or any application 
contained on this disk.
