My Dearest Sweet Wonderful Precious Darling Guen,


     How my heart is filled with you each and every day. And how 
happy I am when I think of how wonderful it will be to see you 
again. I have just been given the request to plan my vacation for 
this year and it looks like my return trip will be at the very 
beginning of June. It is a little later then I had planned yet I 
think that will be a good time to come and visit. To be honest 
with you,even if I were returning to Cebu tomorrow it would not be 
soon enough! I long to see you Darling and I dream of us together 
every minute of every day. The joy of being together fills me with 
bright thoughts of the future. And I look forward to the day when 
we may be together as husband and wife and fulfilling the dreams 
of our hearts. And of all the things that I dream of, the one 
thing that brings the most happiness to me is knowing that you 
love me. Just the thought of you is enough to bring sunshine to 
the cloudiest day and a song to my heart.    
     Guen Darling, I was so pleased to receive your most recent 
letter. It meant the world to me. I read the letter several times 
and in it you talk with me about all the things that I had spoken 
of in my earlier letters. Yes I was concerned about a few things. 
And you have shown to me that I have nothing to be concerned 
about; that our love or each other is the most precious thing in 
all the world. I know that one thing is is true; that we will be 
able to succeed in anything we put our minds and hearts on. Guen, 
you are so precious to me. I so admire the gentle, loving, inner 
strength that you show. I love your steadfastness in thought and 
desire. And even though we may be of different cultures I can see 
that we are so very much alike, that we think so much the same 
way. My Darling sweet Guen. We will certainly make a fine and 
loving couple together, and what wonderful parents we will surely 
be.

     Guen, I have been thinking of many pleasant things lately 
about you and I together. Would you like to know what some of them 
are? Well I guess I could fill a whole book if I told you 
everything. Yet they are very nice so i guess i can tell you a few 
of them. I think of how it will be to plant things around the 
house like flowers and trees. I think of building a fence in the 
back yard so we can have a place for little children and a doggie 
to play. The back yard area is pretty big and it has a nice view 
of the water where the Sacramento River meets the San Francisco 
Bay. During the cool of the morning the fresh air blows gently  
from the water and is really refreshing, especially when the sun 
is shining. I dream of doing things together Guen, because a home 
is made for a loving couple. It is made for the two of us.

     I have been very impressed with how well your typing is 
coming along. Each letter that you type gets better and better. 
You are really improving quite well and I am very proud of you. 
Guen,as you know I have a couple of computers at home that I use 
all the time. You can type on them just like a type writer. And 
the computer checks the spelling and makes everything come out 
looking very neat. So the other day I got a program to practice 
typing. And it's really a lot of fun. When you type, using a 
computer, the skill is called "Word Processing". It is a valuable 
skill that can be learned at home. And if ever you wanted to get a 
little job to help your family at home you would have a good skill 
that people will pay good money for. But it's only a thought. 
These things are completely up to you. You can always feel free to 
spend your days as you wish and do the things that you love the 
most. Your happiness is what means so much to me. 
     You and I are both home loving people Guen. After work I am 
always at home working on projects, especially composing. For me, 
composing is something I really love. And even though I'm not a 
real professional yet I hope one day to compose some really nice 
music that will sell and be played on the radio. It's the joy of 
the adventure that I really like. So I think of us together, you 
and and I doing the things that we both enjoy, and just being 
happy and in love;watching the children grow and visiting with the 
family. One day your family will more than likely be in the U.S. 
also, if I have my thinking on this correct, so all of us can be 
together. Won't that be wonderful Guen?      I also think of the 
two of us traveling together. I think a wonderful adventure, when 
you come to the U.S., would be for the two of us to take a nice 
trip around the U.S.;to see the wonderful sights and get to know 
your new country a little.It would be a lot of fun and a great 
adventure. Anything we perceive we can achieve Guen. We can 
achieve anything that we set our minds on.      
     Guen Darling I just want to let you know that I am thinking 
and dreaming of you always and i can hardly wait to see you again. 
I have really enjoyed all the letters we have written to each 
other so far. We have talked about many important and wonderful 
things. And I thank the Good Lord every day for bringing you into 
my life. We will be together again soon Darling and remember that 
the time will be in June. I have heard that June is the rainy 
season in Cebu but that is ok. Just being with you will bring 
sunshine to each and every day.

     Anyway, now it is time for me to go to bed, to close my eyes 
and have sweet dreams of my loving Darling Guen. You are always 
with me Darling, and we will be together soon. We will have plenty 
of time to visit and be with each other; to laugh and visit and be 
glad that we are together. Darling Love, we will be together 
through thick and thin, through good times and bad, for ever and 
always.
