  Converts a chunky buffer to a BitMap.

   INPUTS
  chunky - Pointer to a chunky buffer of sufficient size.
  bitmap - Pointer to a standard bitmap (of sufficient size).
  width  - Width of buffer.
  height - Height of buffer.
