TIME

Usage: /TIME [<server>]

Returns the time of day from the server.  If the optional <server>
argument is given, then that servers local time will be returned.

EXAMPLES:

/TIME irc.pitt.edu
     Returns the local time from server 'irc.pitt.edu'
