Customers can order by sending a cheque, postal order, euro cheque made payable to:

All amounts must be in pounds sterling and payable into a British bank account.

We also accept the following credit cards

If you prefer you can send your credit card details by snail mail to the address shown above, please include:

  • Cardholder number
  • Card expiry date
  • Cardholder name and initials
  • Cardholder address
  • Cardholders signature

Please do not send any of your credit card details to us by E-Mail.

You must be a registered F1 Software customer with a Customer Credit Card Code to make SAFE on-line orders.

To obtain your Customer Credit Card Code you must first purchase something from F1 using your credit card through the normal channels, this could be by telephone or post. A Customer Credit Card Code will then be issued on request. For future orders the Code can then be used in place of your actual credit card number, via e-mail.

This makes sure your credit card number is totally safe, obviously we will keep a record of your card number, if you do not like this please do not request a Customer Credit Card Code with your order.

Orders will be dispatched by 1st class post as soon as your credit card or customer code has been verified, this will usually be within 24 hours.

When your order is received I will E-Mail you to confirm this. If you do not get an E-Mail reply within 24 hours, or if your browser does not support this form then please try by standard E-Mail.
