Amiga Games Music has played an important role in creating the atmosphere and tension required for any computer game. Without music in games there would be little to build up tension and it just would not contain the same excitement. There are many talented Musician's who have been doing this excellent job for a long time ands brought us some great music.
Now Ruben Monteiro a talented musician himself, currently making music for games like Caveman Species, Dafel:Bloodline, Explorer2260, Forgotten Forever, H-Bomb, is compiling a upcoming CD album featuring inedited Amiga game soundtracks. It will be called Immortal and contain some well known Games Music from some of the top games. Music from games like Shadow of the Beast 1 & 2, Amberstar, Walker, Obliterator, Battle Squadron to name just some. This music will be from various composers but there will also be music from the games which Ruben Monteiro is currently involved in which I have named previously.
It's expected that the CD will be released in the Autumn and will be available to order online and possibly through CD distributors. Ruben Monteiro has been putting much work into making this happen but it's essential he receives support from you the readers, it's not been an easy task.
