When we managed to get our hands on an A2000 from engineering. Then we aquired 2 brand spanking, finger licking, new A1200s, and just the other day we were lent a A1500.

Other good news for those of you who live in the SU bar! We've been trying to implement a public information system in the sutdent union bar. One of the society Amiga's will be used along with SCALA to create a scrolling script which will have information regarding all events which the SU will be holding. SO if there are any other societies out there who would like to advertise, or have their future events displayed in the bar just drop us an E-mail and we'll see that we can arrange for you.

We are currently awaiting the delivery of the new monitors (paid for by the student union), and awaiting enough Amiga society members so that we get funds to buy the software needed for the information system.

What can you do? Well if you have any Amiga hardware which you aren't using which you could lend to the society, let us know! Or simply JOIN the Amiga society so that we can qualify for SU funding.
