Printer definition file for WSSINDEX

All lines of this file are comments until a line beginning ----.  After that,
alternate lines are comments and parameters.  See the WSSINDEX documentation
for a description of the format allowed here.  Commands in this file are for
an HP Desk Jet 500.  Based on donated manual pages.

This printer lacks the box forming characters found in the LJ II, so disk
cover boxes are made by overprinting | and - with offset positions.

Commands for 
  line spacing
  paper size
  page length
  perforation skip
  left/right margins
  top margin
  text length
must appear in this order.  Other than this, the commands are the same as
for an LJ II.

Commands used in this file:

  27 69              = \e E          = reset
  27 38 108 49 69    = \e & l \1 E   = 1 line top margin
  27 38 108 56 52 70 = \e & l \8\4 F = 84 lines per page
  27 38 107 50 83    = \e & k \2 S   = 16.66 pitch
  27 38 108 56 68    = \e & l \8 D   = 8 lines per inch
  12                 = \f            = form feed
