SKYDIAL dialogs in GEM Spooler 3.3

GEM Spooler 3.3 and the related utilities offer SKYDIAL dialogs. This has
some advantages compared to normal GEM dialogs:

- Shortcut buttons: every button can be activated by pressing the ALT key
  simultaneously with the underlined character (e.g. ALT-O for OK).

- All shortcuts behave the same way on all international TOS versions:
  ALT-Q is allways ALT-Q. :-)

- Dialogs can be moved by means of the mover (upper right corner). Just click
  on the mover and drag the dialog to a new place. Release the mouse button
  to 'drop' the dialog on its new position. If you hold the ALT key while
  clicking the mover, dialogs will be moved in transparent mode instead
  of in solid mode. Very useful to see what's beneath a dialog ! Dialogs
  are moved in solid mode, also on non-blitter machines...

- A more modern look of the dialogs: crossed buttons, round radio buttons...

- New possibilities to move around in edit fields

  Shift+Left arrow        Goto the begin of the line
  Shift+Right arrow       Goto the right of the line
  Control+Left arrow      One word left
  Control+Right arrow     One word right
