Changes since v1.0
- Resolutions > 8 Bit: Blue Logo functions correctly.
- In True/Hi Color resolutions the system modal dialogs could lead to 
  a crash, now fixed.
- [Undo] in the 'Place federation ships' dialog did not function 
  correctly (reported by Andreas B„r).
- The farewell dialog did not handle wind_update correctly (reported 
  by G”tz Hoffart).
- Optical changes to cope with MagiC.
- ST-Guide context sensitive node names moved to RSC to make it easier 
  to create foreign language help files.
