Description
===========
This program is a birthday alarm for the Auto folder. This works even if 
Address isn't installed as a desktop accessory or resident in memory, the 
data is taken directly from the ADR files.

Configuration
=============
Happy is configured using HAPPY.INF:

Here's an example file:

As many path lines as desired can be added. Each listed ADR is searched 
for birthdays.

The 'HappyConfig' line works a follows:

-start: Sets how many days before the birthday, up to 28, to start 
        sounding the alarm
-end:   How many days ahead to search, up to 28 days
-pause: Sets the time delay if the program is running in the Auto 
        folder and there are birthdays to announce (press the [Esc] 
        key to skip)
-bing:  Audible 'bing' before the pause begins
        Bing=0 means no sound, any other value means sound is active

-only on cold boot: The length of a boot sequence can vary 
                    dramatically, enter the value in seconds before 
                    data is reported to screen.
