To get the Panasonic CD-ROM attached to the 1810 paddle card to work 
copy the included SB2CD.SYS file to the root directory of your hard drive and 
add the following line to your CONFIG.SYS file.

DEVICE = C:\SB2CD.SYS  /D:yyyyy /P:XXX  /T:2 /S:A0

Where yyyyy is the name you want to assign to the CDROM drive. This name must 
match the name on the MSCDEX.EXE line in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file

where XXX  is the I/O address of the 1810 card. The I/O address is set by
a jumper on the card right next to the CDROM cable connector. It is either set
to 250  or  260.
