Contest.exe prepares robots for entry into the contest. The program allows
you to select robots that you would like to enter into the contest. It then
requires you fill out personal information and entrance fee payment methods.

The information you enter is added to your robot script files. These robots
may then be sent in to the contest. No robots should be sent in to the 
contest without first being prepared by the contest.exe program. For more 
information, start the contest.exe program and hit the 'Instructions' button.
