Overview:
The NFS (Network File System) protocol allows
computers using NFS to access files over a network as if they were local files, without
the necessity of strange syntax in the file requests. NFS Clients give the NFS ability to
your computer.

- Description: ICE.NFS is industry standard NFS for Windows. ICE.NFS provides a
virtual drive for Windows for Windows 95. ICE.NFS is implemented as a Winsock compatible
VxD. It closely follows the industry standard for NFS and works with other NFS
implementations to allow a PC to mount drives on other machines (NFS is not supplied for
the host machine). ICE.NFS can be used across both LANs and WANs.

- Description: Provides Windows 95 users with a network drive to access their web
files through a standard Unix shell account. The product allows server file maintenance
through standard file utilities such as the Windows Explorer rather than using traditional
Unix based tools like the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and Unix command line. The initial
ZanNet beta contains server binaries for SunOS, Linux, FreeBSD, and AIX with more on the
way. POSIX compliant source code for the server is also provided with a single 2000 line C
language source file making porting easy for even the most novice C programmers.
