hello world (a little C humor),
     this is the program that you have been waiting for...  ARC is
now available for the Atari ST...  you need to download the two files
called ARC.TTP and ARC.ARC...  perform the following instructions to
obtain more extensive directions for ARC...
           double-click-left on ARC.TTP icon from desktop
           open application box should appear
           type the next line and hit return afterwards
           X ARC.ARC *.*
now you may read ARC.DOC to learn how to use the ARC utility...

     I am adding to this to include directions for using ARCX.TTP 
to extract programs. It is even easier than the above example!!

     All you have to do is double click ARCX.TTP from the 
desktop. When the box appears, type the name of the archive you 
wish to extract. The above example would be typed like this with 
ARCX - 

     ARC

     There is no need to add the .ARC extender, the program will 
add it for you. NOTE - The .ARC file must be in the same 
directory as the ARCX.TTP program!! The same holds true in the 
above example for ARC.TTP!
 
     If you want to create an archive, you must use a different 
program - ARCX will ONLY extract. Download the file ARC.ARC for a 
set of archive utilities.
