WHAT IS WINCREDIT?
==================

WinCredit is a utility to determine if a credit card number is valid or not.
It also contains a database for Visa and MasterCard numbers that can identify
the name of the bank or institution that issued the input card number.

All credit card numbers conform to a mathematical formula. This program
computes the card number you input according to the formula, and alerts you
if the number is invalid. Valid Visa and MasterCard numbers are searched
in a database to identify the name of the financial institution issuing that
card number.

WinCredit is a shareware program. Please see REGISTER.TXT for details about
usage terms and conditions.
