<< SiteWriter is a compiler. That is, using SiteWriter you will always create Templates with extension ".tpl",
<< which will be compiled to HTML documents with extension ".htm" on update. The advantage is,
<< you can use Macros to reuse HTML code and do conversions on the Templates automatically,
<< like special character conversion, special comment filtering...
<< This text is a special comment which SiteWriter will remove automatically on update.
<< See help "Introduction" for details.
<< The MAGIC KEYS let you navigate and edit HTML Tags fast and easy.
<< Once you start typing the initials of a Tag, SiteWriter will insert the closest match for you.
<< Pressing the ESC key repeadetly will toggle through ALL Tags matching the initials.
<< Hold the ALT key down and use the Arrow keys to navigate between the Tags and Attributes.
<< Once you have selected an Attribute for example ALIGN="", SiteWriter will INSERTand TOGGLE
<< between all suitable Attributes on each ALT+Arrow Up/Down.
<< You can extend the list of Attributes and Tags by yourself with the Dialog "Autotags".
<< See help "Navigating and the Magic keys" for details.
<< You will recognise that SiteWriter inserts Tags always with all Attributes.
<< YOU DON'T NEED TO REMOVE THE UNUSED ATTRIBUTES FROM THE TAGS.
<< SiteWriter is a compiler and will do this for you automatically on each update.
<< Press F5 to see how SiteWriter will remove the unused Attributes in this document.
