This CDROM contains the CICA Windows 95 and Windows 3.11 Archives from the
Internet site at ftp.cdrom.com.

Most of the files on this disc are either zip archives. There are programs
provided in the \utils directory for extracting these files.

The disc is set up for RBBS, Opus, PCBoard, Wildcat, Maximus,
file_id.diz, and Spitfire BBS software.
