The Wire Guide Copyright 1993 by Drew D Whitehead The Wire Guide is an electrical calculator. Its purpose is to aid the electrical engineer, electrician, and electrical hobbiest in figuring various electrical properties. The Wire Guide can be used as either a program or accessory by simply renaming it according to its desired use. It works correctly in ST High and TT Med resolutions. (Probably TT High also.) The operation of The Wire Guide is rather straightforward. Here are a few tips: 1. The calculator works as a normal calculator. 2. To enter an variable, press the "set" key and press the desired key. 3. The F/C key will do temperature conversions. 4. Wire sizes must be entered by pressing the # sign first followed by the size key. ( ex. press #10setCU sets the wire type to #10 copper. Also, the wire button performs the same but leaves the wire at the existing type.) 5. The "To Stack" key copys some variables to the stack. 6. The "Select Table" key shows a couple of tables from the National Electric Code. (more to follow) This is my first shareware title and hopefully there will be many more to follow.
