This archive should contain the following:

	giftops.ttp --- the executable
	
	giftops.txt --- this feeble attempt at documentation

This program was written by me. It is based largely on
a public domain UN*X program by Scott Hemphill and was 
compiled under GNU C. I hear place this program in the 
public domain. There are no copying restrictions of any 
kind. 

USAGE:

giftops infile outfile

this will work from the desktop

infile and outfile are used verbatium. Please supply the
necessary extensions. i.e. infile.gif outfile.ps

This software is supplied as is. I plan to make improvements
to this program as time permits but like all good intentions..
Hopefully a gem interface and an EPS outfile option.(?)
