    The Dterm auto dialer is set up to work on verbose result codes -
ATV1. It will detect most of the english message's returned from the modem
and act accordingly...

    The auto dialer was writen with as much mouse input as possible, so
it might take some getting use to. The basic mouse clicks are:

1 click left button (in the dialer buttons) = a check mark in front of
the bbs name (or removal of check mark if already there). This check mark
is a flag for scan dialing or can be use for continuous redialing.
A single left click on the big buttons will act normal and should be self
explanatory by the name of the button.

2 left clicks (fast) = starts the dialer. It will immediatly dial the
number of the bbs that you clicked on. If in scan mode it will cycle through
all the checked bbs's till a connect is made or aborted.

1 right click = editor mode. This will allow you to add the info for any of
the dialer buttons. You can exit edit mode by hitting return, the add
button, any of the dial buttons or any of the big buttons.

Holding down the right button and hitting the left button will exit the
dialer, as will the main exit button.

Abort dialer - if in dialing mode, a single right mouse click will abort
the dialer, as will the undo key.

                           Dialer Buttons

    These are the 21 little boxes at the top of the dialog box. Each one
can hold a bbs name that can be dialed. The only way to add a name or change
info in these buttons is to be in editor mode and use the small ADD button.
This will update the button that you have selected. The small clear button
will remove all info for this 'record' and allow you to re-enter all info
for this button

                            Large Button

    The save button will automatically save a file called DT_DIAL0.DAT and
increment the name on each save. DT_DIAL0.DAT is the default file and will
auto load at bootup time. The load button will load any other dial files.
They have to have an extender of DAT but the first part of the name can be
anything you like (ie: MY_DIAL0.DAT). The EXIT button will return you to the
MAIN MENU screen.

                            Editor Mode

    The editor box is at the bottom of the screen and is made up of info
lines and a couple of small buttons. Nowhere in the lines should the info
be ended with a CR or L/F (this is all done auto for you).

BBS Name - the name of the bbs that will appear in the dialer button.

Phone Num - the actual digits of the phone number that will be called.

User Name - the name/handle that you normally use to logon to the bbs (will
    be sent via the dialer macro).

Password - the password that you use for this bbs, (It also will be sent
    via the dialer macro).

Prefix - the actual dial code for your modem. Usually ATDT but you can add
    all kinds of things for long distance services, Genie, ect... Can also
    be used for phone numbers that are stored in 'nram' if your modem
    supports this. Notice that this is the longest line there is. You can
    have a different l/d service or whatever for every bbs that you call.

    You can set different bauds rates, line feeds, duplex and flow control
settings for each bbs that you call. * Important *  the whole system will
reset to the current baud, line feed, duplex and flow setting once a
connection has been made. Not a problem if you use the auto dialer for the
next call, but if you were to dial from term mode, then the previous settings
from the the connect are still in effect.

    All information for each of the dial buttons is saved and will load in
exactly the way that it was saved.

    If you get a connect, you will go to term mode. The information in User
Name and Password will be moved to function key F-10. You can send your name
at anytime by hitting F-10. The next time you hit F-10, your password will
be sent. You can still use the macro buttons that are set via the main menu.
