HOST mode allows you to leave the terminal unattended and have
KM_Term (v1.6 onwards) answer any calls that are made.

If you are around then you can chat straight away, but the caller may
type anything he/she desires as a message for you, or read up to ten
prepared messages/bulletins, go into JEKYLL to allow transfers, or
logoff whether or not you are there!

To the caller, KM_Term appears to run like a BBS...ie. it is
interactive, echos back characters, and allows them to upload/
download files via JEKYLL.
