|   Now You're wondering what is FilesBBS Manager and what can it do for  |
| me. Well, FilesBBS Manager was designed with the concept of creating a  |
| GEM program that can be used to maintain your file areas on your BBS.   |
| FilesBBS Manager was designed to work with any BBS program that         |
| utilizes a FILES.BBS file.                                              |
|                                                                         |
| FEATURES:                                                               |

| 1. Mouse driven GEM interface, provides point & click operation.        |
| 2. Supports Octopus BBS's OCTOPUS.CFG file, QuickBBS's FLSEARCH.CTL     |
|    file, or you can use FilesBBS Manager's internal config option to    |
|    set-up your file areas.                                              |
| 3. CD-Rom Area Support.                                                 |
| 4. Supports Octopus BBS's CDROM_??.CFG files.                           |
| 5. Maximum Number of File Areas is only limited by the memory of your   |
|    computer.                                                            |
| 6. File counter allows you to increment foward or backward one record   |
|    at a time, jump 10 foward or 10 backward, or jump to a record number |
|    by clicking on the filenumber.                                       |
| 7. Upload files one at a time or in groups up to 50 files. With this    |
|    you can also designate a area to upload to without having to be      |
|    currently in that area.                                              |
| 8. Copy/Move files to different areas.                                  |
| 9. File_ID.DIZ & *.UPL's can be searched for and viewed before          |
|    replacing the old description.                                       |
|10. List archive contents. Currently supported formats are: LZH, ARC,    |
|    ZIP, ZOO & ARJ.                                                      |
|11. Convert Archives. Currently you can convert LZH, ARC, ZIP, ZOO & ARJ |
|    to ZIP, LZH or ARC.                                                  |
|12. Sort Files.BBS files into Alphabetical order for one area or all     |
|    areas.                                                               |
|13. Search for files missing on disk that are in your Files.BBS file,    |
|    will also search for files on disk that are not in your Files.BBS    |
|    file and ask you if you want to upload them. Available in current    |
|    working area or you can search all areas.                            |
|14. Search for Entries in your Files.BBS file that are missing           |
|    descriptions. Available in current working area or you can search    |
|    all areas.                                                           |
|15. Search for Files by keyword (Wildcards '*' *'?' supported) in        |
|    current area or all areas can be searched.                           |
|16. Search for Descriptions by keyword (Wildcards not supported) in      |
|    current area or all areas can be searched.                           |
|17. Supports multiple bracket types in Files.BBS file, currently         |
|    supported formats are" '[ ]', '{ }', '( )' & '< >'.                  |
|18. Help area's in each form for a quick explaination of commands.       |
|19. Option to run MAF.TTP if Octopus BBS defined at exit. Only runs if   |
|    any areas were modified.                                             |
|20. Easy Set-Up of all external programs and Options, Available through  |
|    Set-Up. Config is saved as a Text File so it can be edited with a    |
|    text editor.                                                         |
