Printing to disc. If you print scores a fair amount, you will already be fed up with the time it takes to print a page. The answer is to hand. In this folder you will find two files: PRINTERI.SYS IMG.PRN Put the PRINTERI.SYS file in your CUBASE.DAT folder along with with the other printer .sys files. You may have files named PRINTER0.SYS to possibly PRINTER5.SYS. However, don't worry if you only have as little as three. Put the the IMG.PRN file, (this is a printer driver) in the same location as your current printer driver, usually the same place as the CUBASE program. When you run CUBASE, install the new IMG.PRN driver instead of your normal driver. When you print, you will be asked for a FOLDER name. Remember this, and better still, have a folder ready for this purpose, and make sure you have enough disc space also. Cubase will now print whole pages as .IMG files to disk, and pretty quickly too! Afterwards you can print them by some faster method, ie, DTP, IMG print util. etc. Also they are editable to allow you to add anything you want like logos etc. good luck!
