Most of these stories I agree, this is one of Elf's best,... and that's for someone whoose worst is pretty good :-) If I had bought this novel in Book form at a store, I would have considered my momey well invested, and have made it a point to buy any future Novels. As it is, I don't pay anything, and get to read the best stories around. Maybe there IS such a thing as a free Lunch :-) I remember Elf said something about 'Kitty and the Dragon: A Pendor Novel' in an intro- duction somewhere, so I guess we can hope that there will be more such Novels. I'll be looking forward to that.
