Berlin's Cheat Sheet is a mathematical tool for Windows 3.x.

To move the program from a disk in drive A: to your hard disk
drive C: 

From the DOS prompt:

	1.      C: <Enter>
	2.      MD\BCS <Enter>
	3.      COPY A:\*.* C:\BCS\*.* <Enter>

You may use the Window File mangager to create a directory and move the
files to your hard disk (refer to the Window Users' Guide.

To add the program to your Program Manager:

	1.      Run Windows
	2.      In the Program Manager press <Alt> <F>ile <N>ew.
	3.      Select "Program Item"
	4.      In the "Command Line" field type:
			C:\BCS\BCS.EXE
			(assuming that the program is @ C:\BCS)
	5.      Press <Enter> or click the <Ok> button.

To print the registration form:

   After loading "Berlin's Cheat Sheet" go to "Registration Form" 
   under the "Help" menu selection.  Go to  "Print Topic" under the 
   "File" menu selection in the Help Utility routine.

Ver. 1.01 upgrade -- 02/23/92:

- Faster Initial Loading of Program
- Better looking fonts, especially when sheet is maximized.
- Replaced Fehrenheit to Celius with Inches to Millimeters under the
  "US <--> Metric" Cheat Sheet.
- Added "Temperature" Cheat Sheet under "Conversion" menu which includes:
  Fehrenheit/Celius/Rankine/Kelvin conversions.
- Move "Reset" options from the main menu to a submenu under "Options".
  The hot key for "Field Reset" is now "^R" instead of "^C"
- Added "Help" to the main menu which includes "About" and "Registration".
  "About" was moved from "Sheets" sub menu.

Ver. 1.02 upgrade -- 06/17/92:

- Added Online Help to Berlin's Cheat Sheet
- Eliminated the file MANUAL.WRI.
- Added Install Instruction to this README.TXT file.

Ver. 1.03 upgrade -- 08/15/92:
- Added new formula to "JPrep" Cheat Sheet.
- Added "Nautical Miles" to "US Measurement" Cheat Sheet be user request.
- "League" from "US Measurement" Cheat Sheet is now based on 3 "Nautical Miles"
  versus 3 " Statute miles".

Ver. 1.03.1 unmarked upgrade -- 09/15/92
- New BCS.CMP dated 09/15/92
  - Contains corrections to "Brake Cheat Sheet".  Develop length plus
    other dim could have been off by thinkness of material.  Specially in
    the case were the angle was close to 90 degrees.

Ver. 1.04  upgrade -- 12/18/92
- Added "Regular Polygon" to Math submenu
