If you are going to leave a question about a problem you're having with
the All American BBS, please leave the following information:

1) version number and computer you run the software on.
2) your real full name with serial number (if you have one).
3) complete explanation of your problem.  Please include what you see on
   the screen when the problem occurs and what you were doing.  This must
   be detailed information.  ie. if you just say: I was running the BBS and
   it crashed, please help, then there's nothing I can do to help you
   determine what the cause of your problem is.  You must be specific and
   clear as to what happened.
