The sale and distribution of third party episodes which work with this
shareware version is prohibited and violates the copyright of this game.
Distribution of such episodes would be in direct competition with our own.

Anyone wishing to produce or distribute third party episodes for the
registered version of the game may do so provided the following points
are made clear to customers:

1.  The registered version of the game is required.
2.  The episodes are not connected with David P. Gray.
3.  No technical support is provided by David P. Gray.

Please note that no technical assistance or toolkit is available from
David P. Gray for third party episode development.



LICENSE

This is the first of three episodes.  Episode ONE is shareware.  The other
TWO episodes are not.  The final two episodes must be purchased directly
from David P. Gray.  Do not distribute episodes TWO and THREE.

As the exclusive copyright holder for this software David P. Gray authorizes
distribution only in accordance with the following restrictions:

*   This software package and all related program files and documentation
    files, including VENDOR.DOC, LICENSE.TXT and ORDER.TXT may *not* be
    modified in any way and must be distributed as a complete package.  Disk
    vendors may add their own batch/documentation files for the purpose of
    user installation.

*   No price or other compensation may be charged for this software package.
    A distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the diskette, shipping
    and handling as long as the total does not exceed US$6.00 in the U.S. and
    Canada, or US$10.00 internationally.

*   Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
    disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program
    except as provided in this license.  Any such unauthorized use shall result
    in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

*   This software package CANNOT be sold as part of any commercial software
    packaging offer, without prior written authorization from David P. Gray.

*   This software is not to be used as an enticement to purchase another
    product without prior written authorization from David P. Gray.

*   This software package including all documentation may not be translated
    in any form whatsoever.

*   Publishers wishing to include a diskette of this software package in a
    magazine may do so in accordance with the Distribution Restrictions listed
    above.  If the version you have is over six (6) months old, please contact
