MikMod 2.03 Bugfix release

Hi folks.. this is just a quick in-between bugfix for mikmod 2.03.. it fixes
the following bugs (I hope :) 

        - Timer stops when mikmod exits.. (which hangs the borland IDE)

        - Sometimes you lose EMS pages.

These were all mikmod real mode bugs.

Just unarj this file at the same directory you unarj'd mikm203.arj and it'll
replace the buggy sources.

Thats it.. and look out for mikmod 2.04 !!
