You will get the appropriate information in the doc file with the QUEST ARChive. Thank You. Welcome to QUEST. Here in Quest you're goal is to attain power in the kingdom by invading and claiming towns. Upon first entering Quest, you will select a character randomly selected. You're attributes are a variable from 5 (the worst) to 19 (the best). The following are the attributes: Strength - is needed when you attack. Intelligence - is valid on who attacks first. Dexterity - you're flexibility, important on defence. Constitution - Endurance, needed if resurrected. Charisma - personality, important on the purchasing of Henchmen. The main menu has 4 options. The first is profile, this shows you're current status. After the first page is displayed, to view the Towns you own you must hit 'T' key as shown. The second is the Supply Store, here you can buy Armour, Weapons and provisions. Provisions are essential for you're henchmen. NOTE: if you but a new weapon or armour, the old item is thrown away. The third is the Tavern. Here option 1 is resting. After you rest you're hit points will all be restored to you're maximum amount. The second option here is asking for a job. You will soon find out what kind of man the owner is, when you ask for a job there. The last option in the Tavern is the purchasing of Henchmen. The final choice on the main menu is Visit other Towns. Here if you own a town, you may reinforce it. If you plan on invading a Town it will be done here also. If you plan on entering a town that is not yours you must engage in battle. Here, you fight the present henchmen leader while you'r army of henchmen fight the rest of the towns henchmen. You must defeat both the henchmen leader and the henchmen in order to claim the said town. After doing so, you will own the remaining gold, provisions and live henchmen. You have to keep at least 20 of each in you're town for reinforcements. You only have 20 minutes a day to play. If you don't use all the time, you may call back that day and finish the rest. You'r level is incremented by every 1000 experience points. Upon an new level, you're constitution is added to you'r hit points. If in battle you die, you have a 1 in 20 plus you're constitution chance of getting resurrected. If you are resurrected 1 point of constitution is subtracted, as well as 2 of you'r maximum hit points.
