My wife just took over as overseer in the church nursery & needed to make out a schedule for the workers. I had been wanting to put together a nice, easily updateable calendar so here it is. The copy in this file is set up for March of this year. You can change the month by simply clicking on the top text frame & typing in the new month. Changing the numbering is a little bit more tricky, but thanks to the great piping functions in Calamus, it can be done fairly quickly after you get the hang of it. If you haven't experimented with the piping functions yet, here's your chance! :^) The text is simply the numbers 1-31 with a carriage return after each. There is only enough room for 1 number in each frame so the next number is piped to the next frame. To change the order, just make a copy of the text file in the text clipboard, change the piping (using insert & delete piping commands), & flow the text back in. It make take you a few tries to get it right, but Calamus really does a great job. If you have any questions, you can contact me on GEnie at J.SIMS5. I'm trying to cut down on my GEnie $habit$ so I'm usually only here on weekends now. Extra special thanks to Andrew Valent (A.VALENT) for his great Lucinda clone used for this calendar. If you haven't seen his latest fonts, your missing out. They're here on GEnie & they're shareware. Now where's my checkbook? Thanks to Nathan, Julius & all of you who are making Calamus the greatest page layout software available! Jeff Sims Diadem D.T.P.
