This program switches the TT to using 24 bit addresses.  This lets
some programs that would otherwise abort, run on the TT.  However,
normally it should not be used.  In addition, if your computer
has TT RAM, 24BIT will only load if you run it before loading any
program which uses the TT RAM, in other words, run it as your first AUTO
folder program.
