SHORT DESCRIPTION: SVGA 256 Color AutoStereogram "Hidden Image" Generator,
customized .BMP file inputs, hidden effect and color manipulation.

DESCRIPTION: SVGA 256 Color AutoStereogram "Hidden Image" Generator which
can import user-made customized .BMP files, as well as built-in files, as the
base image.  Similar to other SIRDS (Single Image Random Dot Stereogram)
programs, but can make patterned surfaces as well as random dot surfaces.
User can control the "hiding" effect with several parameters (pattern files,
symmetry algorithms, inversion, color maps, etc.) until a good image is
produced.  The hidden images are displayed on-screen with focusing aids and
written to an output file, which may then be edited further and/or printed 
with other programs according to user.  All inputs and outputs are in the 
Windows bitmapped .BMP format, a common picture format of many painting and 
image processing programs.  Capable of high-resolution screen display and 
very-high-rez "disk-video" modes.  Can also be used as 256 color .BMP viewer,
with full .BMP file information.  Registered version available for $24.95 US.

reason, except by the author.  All files with program must be distributed
together.  Individual users may copy and distribute the unregistered
version of the program as desired.  Vendors may charge no more than $5 US
over the price of media for the HIDIMG shareware.  The author reserves the
right to disallow anyone the right to distribute the program with a written 
notice.
