Amateur Action GIF files are not to be uploaded or distributed in any manner 
unless the file you download is marked "Distribute Freely"!

Aborting of downloads is not permitted for any reason! if a file is aborted you
must re-download that same exact file! If you do not re-download that file we
will assume you are viewing gifs as you download and aborting to steal files!  

Do not drop carrier! Use the auto logoff feature when you download, or select
"G" from any menu on the board to say "Goodbye"! If you drop carrier during a 
download, call back and re-download the same exact file.
