This is a collection of articles and references I have put together over the last few years as ARRL Eastern Massachusetts Public Information Coordinator. LEADRUN - Letting a race Public Address announcer overhear our HAM lead runner information usually got us HAMS more PR - until someone mistakenly said that Lead Runner info on Ham radio was in violation of FCC rules.
