In my new scanner's book, there's a frequency allocation list which contains the following: 806.000 - 816.000 Domestic Public (Mobile) 816.000 - 821.000 Mobile Trunking 851.000 - 861.000 Domestic Public (Base) 861.000 - 866.000 Base Trunking Could someone tell me what the above terms mean? who is using the above frequencies? what is in between 821.000 - 851.000 and 866.000 - 902.000? (is that cellular!) Is there an up to date frequency list on the net? I already tried removing D502 on the front panel and it gives back 800Mhz stuff but what does D504 do? I hear the unit can be modified to scan faster and to have up to 1600 channels. Any help would be appreciated. I remember reading about these mods here before but that was before I bought my unit.
