TOOLS


                           AMIGA

The tools provided with the \Tools\Amiga Directory are
Public Domain and Shareware, so please, please read through
both the instruction for use and the registration text files
before rushing ahead and using all the software contained on
the CD-ROM.

These files are here to make the job of transferring and
unpacking the files contained on this CD-ROM as easy as
possible for you to use.  Each file is packed for easy
storage and so we can fill the CD-ROM to the brim with good
Public Domain and Shareware.

From your CLI or SHELL prompt you can type
cd cd0:\tools\amiga

This will change you into the Amiga Tools directory from
which just type in the file name you want to load from the
list underneath.  ie if want to load DMSWINDOW the name of
the file to load is in [ ] brackets after its name i.e.
[DMSWIN]

For all not familiar with DMSWIN please read through the
documentation file (DMSWIN.TXT) and then the registration
file (DMSWIN.TXT) for more details on the easy use of DMS
(Amiga Only).

TWIN EXPRESS [TWIN]
(File Transfer Program)
Twin Express can link two machine together for easy transfer
of files.  ie You can link a PC to an Amiga or two Amiga's
together.  Instructions are provided within the program
itself, just type Twin

LHA [LHA]
(File Archiver/UnArchiver)
Type LHA then the letter E (for extraction) (then leave a
space) "FILE NAME" (hit the space bar again) then the
destination ie DH0:"Directory name"

LHARC [LHARC]
(File Archiver/UnArchiver)
Type LHARC then the letter E (for extraction) (then leave a
space) "FILE NAME" (hit the space bar again) then the
destination ie DH0:"Directory name"

ZOO [ZOO]
(File Archiver/UnArchiver)
Type ZOO then the letter E (for extraction) (then leave a
space) "FILE NAME" (hit the space bar again) then the
destination ie DH0:"Directory name"

MUCHMORE [MUCHMORE]
(Text Viewer)
Type MUCHMORE then the text files name ie MUCHMORE
README.TXT

TWIN EXPRESS [TWIN.EXE]

ARJ [ARJ.EXE]

JSC/UWS File Manager v2.0 [JSFMGR]
With this program you can copy files, erase items, view
images, moves etc.

LHA [LHA]

Type LHA then the, E (to extract) "FILE NAME" then the
destination "C:\TEST"

PKUNZIP [PKUNZIP.EXE]
(File Archiver/UnArchiver)
Type PKUNZIP "File name" then the destination "C:\TEST"

SEE [SEE]
See is a FREE file viewer/printer.  Now you can read a text
file without a word processor ie.  type SEE README.TXT
