Yeah, we've been trying to get some good playable stuff these days. It helps that we've now hired someone whose job it specifically is to acquire these things for us. And the extra cost for Canadians subs is for . . . um . . . it's . . . SPECIAL HANDLING! That's it! (Well, I'll pass your complaint along to the management.) As far as gaming styles go, each of our reviewers has certain interests, and 90% of the games given to the reviewers are the types of games they like to play. Funny, but I sort of thought this made sense . . . We're always on the lookout for hot games to acquire the rights to. As you can guess, though, the better the game, the more the company wants to give us the right to distribute it. We do try to include the better shareware stuff, though. As for gameplay, when we can afford to buy about $50,000 worth of video capture equipment, we'll have it. Until then, we're VERY dependent on developers to supply us with the stuff. If you are having problems running a demo, check the text file that accompanies each demo. Usually, we put the tech support number you need to call right in that text file. If you've tried this, you really think your disc is defective and you want to get it exchanged, call 800 56 CDMAG or 802 767 3033 and ask for IE subscriptions. T.K.
