Wallpaper Changer is a FREEWARE Windows
9x/NT wallpaper manager that can change your background images on every startup, once a
day or at regular intervals. It features JPEG, GIF and BMP support. Several options are
provided, including the ability to change your images in random order. Your pictures can
be tiled, centered or resized to full screen. You can create, save and reload your
collections of your favorite wallpapers. Simply add single pictures or whole directories
via drag & drop from Explorer or search your harddrive for all supported graphics
files. |

Another nifty feature is the ability to give your
desktop icons captions a transparent background, so more of your wallpaper shows through.
The program has a simple and intuitive interface to customize your desktop wallpaper
conveniently. Wallpaper Changer will surely help you mastering hundreds of your own
desktop wallpapers in just a few minutes. Wallpaper Changer supports the Windows 9x/NT
multiuser environment and doesn't have to be installed, it's a plain .exe file.

analyze your picture and will determinate the best background and the most readable icon

program, by default Wallpaper Changer uses the lowest system priority to prevent problems
with other applications. |

Enhanced error handling

relative paths in .wpl files ( Wallpaper Changer can only load relative paths but not save

Just copy the file
WALLPAPER.EXE to wherever on your disk.
|

Run WALLPAPER.EXE. Click on
[OPTIONS] to change the settings or create a icon on your desktop.

You can easily add
Wallpaper Changer to your Windows startup by clicking on
[ADD TO STARTUP] button in your options menu !
(remove Wallpaper Changer simply by clicking again on this button)

Wallpaper Changer is designed for 32-bit operating
systems like Windows 9x and Windows NT 4.0. Windows 3.1 or Win32s are not supported! With
further versions from Windows NT, I can't guarantee the functionality, but if it's
necessary, I will update this software. But Wallpaper Changer should work well with
Windows NT 5.0 BETA.
