Taskmenu gives you a quick and easy access to your Applications,
Folders, Documents, Hyperlinks and eMail contacts.
You can use Taskmenu in the system tray or as a separate Desktop Bar
at the edges of your screen.
With the Menu Assistants you can have an all-time access to your
desktop and control panel links, quick access to your shell folders,
system tools and your office applications.
You can use two menus in the freeware version. If you want
more you can register for a fee of US$
15 and you get access to all menus. |

There are no auxiliary files or DLLs to copy and Taskmenu writes
nothing to your registry. You can uninstall the complete program by
deleting your Taskmenu folder. Click here if
you have problems uninstalling Taskmenu.
Taskmenu consists of the following files:
Taskmenu.exe, Settings.exe, Taskmenu.dat, Readme.htm, Liesmich.htm,
Lisezmoi.htm, Homepage.url, File_id.diz, Vendinfo.diz, License.txt,
b.jpg, a.gif
System Requirements:
Taskmenu requires Microsoft® Windows 95/98 or Microsoft® Windows
NT 4.0 (SP 3 or higher).
It will not run under Microsoft® Windows NT 3.1 or 3.5.

The first time you execute the Taskmenu.exe the settings editor will
be started automatically.
When you close the settings editor the first time you will be asked
if you want to set a link to Taskmenu in your Startup Folder to
execute Taskmenu every time you start Windows.
You can design the menus and assign icons to the menus with the
settings editor.
To change the properties of an entry or a menu open the properties
dialog box with a doubleclick on the selected entry. You can
add new links by Drag & Drop from the Explorer.
Your changes will be saved on exit. |

Taskmenu offers you menu assistants which design the menus for you.
You can use the following assistants:
Desktop Assistant
Control Panel Assistant
System Assistant
Shell Folder Assistant
Assistent für Microsoft Office 95/97/2000
You can assign an assistant to every menu of your
choice.
To deactivate an assistant to design your own menus select the menu
item and open with a doubleclick the properties dialog box.
Then choose "(none)" in the assistants list. |

If you have problems to delete the Taskmeu.exe file then it can be that the
application is still running.
You cannot delete the Taskmenu.exe if it is still running.
If you get an error
message by deleting the file then make sure that the file is closed.
You can open the Task Manager by pressing the keys STRG+ALT+DEL.
Here you can close all applications if they want or not.
