Program Description:

C (Change Directory) Routine: Allows
you to rapidly change directories by
using only partial directory names.
For example, type 'C WIN' to switch to
the WINDOWS directory; 'C WIN SYS' to
switch to \WINDOWS\SYSTEM. Wildcard
characters are optional. Works quickly
without storing directory structure.
