VENDINFO Toolkit v1.30.  The VENDINFO
system allows the software author to
communicate a great deal of product and
distribution policy information to shareware
users and distributors. Distributors can
automate distribution-rights testing and
information extraction. Includes VendEdit
editor for authors, VendPrcs processor for
distributors, examples and test files. Create
and use VENDINFO.DIZ files.
