make do_list, etc... work more intelligently:  for example,
if we don't do a "LIST", then don't display article counts if
we don't know them...

put sort_by_date back on the menu after making header->date
a numeric field.


Put a cancel option on Send Mail Receipiant and Subject Dialog box

A cancel from Reply via MSmail produces an MSmail Error=1 box

Cliking on message reference prints a Debug Dialog box

NewsRC file isn't getting saved properly upon exit.  Articles marked
as read or number of articles in group are not updated upon exit
