CONVERT.EXE is used to convert any files created 
with an earlier version of "Music Plus".  If you're 
new to "Music Plus" and haven't used it before then 
you can delete CONVERT.TXT and CONVERT.EXE.  If you 
have used an earlier version of "Music Plus" then you 
can delete these files as soon as you convert your old 
files (*.MSC) into the new format for 
"Music Plus 2.0 for Windows".
