The program you now have in your hands is a simple one, and does a simple job;
acting like a Windows shell for James M. Curran's great WavConv v.1.0 utility.
With WavConvShell you won't have to leave your mouse in order to do some sound
conversions, helping you to forget the now hated C:\> prompt. WavConvShell was
developed using Microsoft's Visual Basic v.1.0, and is freeware, so feel free
to copy and distribute it, providing you don't charge anything but a smile for
it.

Using WavConvShell is easy; simply copy all files included in the package in
the same directory as WavConv 1.0, and execute it under Windows 3.x. The rest
is self-explanatory.
