The program is to be used with the DBF file NW3SM.DBF created by John Michell.
The DBF file can be found in his Windows program FLASH.ZIP in the NOVELL(R)
forum.

INFORMATION
I downloaded the FLASH.ZIP program and about 5KB towards the end, I
received OUT OF SYNC errors.  I spent about 40 minutes at 2400bps and
ended up with a ZIP full of errors.  I fixed the ZIP but it was still
missing about 5KB.  The only file that checked out OK was the DBF file.

I decided to create a program that would use the DBF file in a DOS
enviroment.

I do not know what the original FLASH.EXE program does, so I just checked
the DBF file and created a program around it.  CNEFLASH.EXE is basically a
program that displays the information in the database and allows the 
following:

FF     - Skip forward in database
Rew    - Skip backwards in database
Answer - Displays the answer to the questions

Add    - Allows you to add your own questions and answers
Edit   - Allows you to change the information
Delete - Allows you to delete records
Purge  - Cleans database & indexes
