'TexWav' is a Windows 3.1 application that generates speech from text. The speech is placed
into a WAV file for use later.

Files included:

1 - TEWAV.EXE
2 - TEWAV.HLP
3 - TEWAV.TXT
4 - RULES.DLL
5 - PHONEME.ZIP

Copy the EXE and HLP file to a directory. The PHONEME.ZIP contains wav files used by TexWav
and can be placed in their own directory. It's up to you.
